1. Membership

• Membership is subject to approval by Limitless Performance.

• Members must be at least 10 years old.

• Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

• Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.

• Limitless Performance reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

• Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

• Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.

• Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice according to the terms stated in the membership agreement.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

• Personal information collected will be managed according to the Limitless Performance Privacy Policy.

• Limitless Performance may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

8. Miscellaneous

• These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.

• If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
